 Neurodivergent   Language Coaching

Fully Spoken is dedicated to supporting neurodivergent learners through one-to-one language coaching. We’re looking for qualified, passionate tutors to join our mission.

Join Our Network of Specialist Language Coaching

Fully Spoken is a specialist language coaching agency that supports adults and young professionals who have learning differences such as dyslexia, ADHD, autism, dyspraxia, or other processing challenges. We connect learners with coaches who understand that language learning isn't one-size-fits-all.

We're always looking for language coaches who share our approach — people who don't just teach content, but who help learners build strategies, develop confidence, and make real progress in their target language.

Who We’re Looking For

We're looking for coaches who can combine language expertise with a coaching mindset. You understand that a learner who keeps forgetting a grammar rule doesn't need it explained louder, they need a different strategy that works with how their brain processes information.

Why Join Our Team

• A recognised language teaching qualification (e.g. CELTA, Trinity CertTESOL, TEFL 120+ hours with assessed practice, PGCE, QTS, DAEFLE, or equivalent)
• Fluency in English; plus a qualification or demonstrable fluency in any additional language you'd like to coach
• Experience working with adult learners
• A genuine interest in inclusive education and supporting learners who think and learn differently

What Would Set You Apart

• A coaching qualification (Level 3 or above) or demonstrable experience using coaching techniques; goal-setting, building learner strategies, reflective practice
• Training or certification in supporting learners with learning differences (e.g. CPD-accredited neurodiversity training, Patoss, BDA, or equivalent)
• Experience working with migrants, refugees, expats, or professionals learning a language for work or relocation
