You're in. You've registered for the March cohort, and we're so glad you're here.
This page is your guide. Everything you need to know about your English programme is right here, the schedule, what happens in each session, and how to feel comfortable on Zoom.
No surprises. No stress. Just clear information so you can show up feeling ready.
📅 Your Programme Schedule
Introductory Session: Wednesday 18 March 2026 at 6:30pm (UK time) Time: 6:30pm – 8:00pm (UK time) Duration: 4 weeks
After the first Wednesday session, the rest of the programme moves to Thursday evenings.
That means you'll join us on:
Wednesday 18 March 2026 at 6:30pm (Introductory Session)
Thursday 26 March 2026 at 6:30pm
Thursday 2 April 2026 at 6:30pm
Thursday 9 April 2026 at 6:30pm (Final Session)
Each session is 1.5 hours long, and we finish exactly at 8:00pm every time. You'll always know when we start and when we finish.

🕒 What Happens in Each Session?
We follow the same structure every week. This means your brain doesn't have to work hard to figure out what's coming next.
Here's what every Wednesday looks like:
6:30 PM – Hello & Warm-up We start gently. You'll say hello (if you want to), and we'll do a simple activity to help everyone settle in. Nothing difficult, just a way to get comfortable.
6:45 PM – Useful English This is where we learn new words and phrases you can use in real life. We focus on practical English for everyday situations and work. You won't be asked to memorise grammar rules or write essays.
7:15 PM – ☕ Tea Break (10 minutes) Everyone stops. We take a proper break so your brain can rest. You can make a cup of tea, stretch, or just sit quietly. This isn't optional, breaks are part of the plan.
7:25 PM – Practice Time Now you get to use what you've learnt. We practise speaking in a safe space. You can try out new words, make mistakes, and ask questions. No one will judge you.
7:50 PM – Wrap-up We look back at what we covered today. You'll leave knowing exactly what you learnt and what's coming next week.
8:00 PM – Finish We end on time. Every time.
🛡️ Our "No-Stress" Rules
This programme is not like school. We've designed it specifically for adults with dyslexia, ADHD, and other learning differences. That means we understand how your brain works, and we've built this programme around what actually helps.
Here's what you need to know:
📷 Camera Optional You do not have to turn your camera on. Ever. Some people like to be visible, and some prefer to learn without the pressure of being on screen. Both are absolutely fine.
🔇 Mute is Okay If you need to just listen without speaking, that's okay. There's no rule that says you have to talk. You can join in when you feel ready.
🧠 Brain Breaks Are Built In We don't push through for 90 minutes straight. At the 45-minute mark, we stop. This helps everyone stay focused and reduces overwhelm.
❌ No Tests or Exams There are no quizzes, no tests, no grades. You won't be "marked" on anything. This is about building confidence, not passing exams.
🧸 Fidgeting is Fine If you need to move around, use a fidget toy, or stand up during the session, go ahead. We get it. Movement helps concentration.

💻 Getting Ready for Zoom
If you're new to Zoom or feeling nervous about the technology, here's what you need to do:
Before Your First Session:
1. Find a Quiet Spot (If You Can) Try to join from a place where you won't be interrupted. But if that's not possible, if you're at home with family or in a shared space, that's okay too. Just do your best.
2. Click the Link 5 Minutes Early We'll send you a Zoom link by email before the first session. Click it at 6:25 PM so you have time to join and settle in before we start.
3. Check Your Sound Make sure you can hear us. If you're using headphones, test them before the session starts. If you can't hear anything, there's a small speaker icon at the bottom of the Zoom screen, click that to check your audio settings.
What You'll See on Zoom:
When you join, you'll see:
The chat box (on the right side), you can type questions here if you don't want to speak out loud
The "raise hand" button, click this if you want to ask something, and we'll call on you
The mute button, this is at the bottom left. You can mute yourself when you're not speaking
We'll also show you all of this in the first session. You won't be expected to know everything straight away.
🎒 What You'll Need
You don't need much. Here's the full list:
A device with internet (laptop, tablet, or phone)
A notebook and pen (if you like to write things down, but it's not required)
A drink (water, tea, coffee, whatever helps you feel comfortable)
That's it. No textbooks. No worksheets to print. No complicated materials.

💬 Between Sessions
This programme has minimal between-session workload. We won't set you hours of homework or expect you to study every day.
But if you want to practise what you've learnt, we'll give you some simple, optional activities. These might include:
Watching a short video
Writing one sentence using a new word
Listening to a podcast episode
These are suggestions, not requirements. You choose what works for you.
📧 Got Questions? We're Here to Help

Common questions we get:
"What if I miss a session?" – That's okay. Life happens. Just let us know, and we'll catch you up.
"What if I don't understand something?" – Ask. Seriously. That's what we're here for.
"What if I'm too nervous to speak?" – You can listen. You can type in the chat. There's no pressure to talk until you're ready.
🌟 What Makes This Different
At Fully Spoken, we specialise in language coaching for neurodivergent adults. That means:
✅ We understand processing differences. If it takes you longer to find the right word, we'll wait. ✅ We keep things structured. You'll always know what's happening and when. ✅ We focus on practical English. No pointless grammar drills: just the language you'll actually use. ✅ We create a high-trust environment. This is a space where making mistakes is expected and welcomed.
This isn't a traditional language class. It's a low-pressure lab where you can experiment, practise, and build confidence at your own pace.
If you want to know more about why we built this programme, you can read about our approach here: Why Being Neurodivergent Makes Learning a Foreign Language So Challenging.
